Battle Ropes are a diffrent and interesting training tool that you can use to improve your entire body and cardiovascular conditioning.  You can also develop functional full body strength.  The Moves are:  1. Alternating Waves 2. Up down Waves 3. Slams 4. Circles 5. Active Squat Waves 6. Side Lunges Waves 7. Grappler Toss 8. Drum Waves 9. Rope Shake 10. Shuffling Waves 11. Hop Hop Waves 12. Forward  Back Waves 13. Upper Cuts 14. Back Lunges Waves 15. Jumping Jacks  16. Gliding  17. Kneeling to Stand Waves 18. Plank Waves 19. Side Plank Waves 20. Russian Twist Waves 21. Side to Side Jump Slams 22. Crazy Waves 23. Jump Slams  30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest. Go from one exercise to the next, resting 15 seconds between moves. Once a round of the circuit is complete, rest 1 minute. Complete 4-6 rounds.   You can also change to 20 - 20 seconds and increase or decrease number of rounds according to your fitness level.
